60th Anniversary of the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago Service

Prime Minister the Hon. Stuart R. Young, SC attended the Service of Divine Worship in commemoration of the 60th Anniversary of the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago today (Thursday 20th March, 2025).
The service was held at the Parish of the Assumption, Maraval.
Established in 1965 under the Industrial Stabilization Act No. 8 of 1965, the Industrial Court has played a transformative role in shaping labour relations and employment law in Trinidad and Tobago.
During the court’s diamond jubilee service, the President of the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago, Her Honour Mrs. Heather Seale delivered remarks, while the Most Reverend Charles Jason Gordon, Archbishop of Port of Spain delivered an address/ addressed the gathering.
President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago Her Excellency, Christine Kangaloo ORTT, the Hon. the Chief Justice, Mr Justice Ivor Archie ORTT, Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs the Hon. Camille Robinson-Regis, Minister in the Ministry of National Security, the Hon. Keith Scotland, SC, Members of Parliament and President of the Inter-Religious Organisation of Trinidad and Tobago were among those present at today’s service.
