Prime Minister Dr the Honourable Keith Rowley delivered the feature address at the official signing ceremony for the gas sales agreement between the National Gas Company and Nutrien today (November 02, 2018).
Nutrien is the world’s largest provider of crop nutrients, inputs and services, playing a critical role in helping growers around the globe increase food production in a sustainable manner.
Today’s agreement sees the consolidation and extension of contracts for the period 2019- 2023 and ensures that four ammonia plants and one urea plant will remain part of our energy infrastructure for the foreseeable future.
This agreement reaffirms the confidence international investors have placed in our gas sector.
