80 Homes Distributed at Trestrail

Prime Minister Dr the Hon. Keith Rowley and Housing and Urban Development Minister, Maj. Gen. Edmund Dillon yesterday distributed 80 single family units at the HDC’s Trestrail Lands Housing Development.

Trestrail Lands provides a modern and integrated community living where residents can enjoy convenient and seamless access to major roadways, schools, health facilities and commercial centres

It is located south of the Arima Old Road and east of La Resource Road in D’abadie.

This project will provide a total yield of 936 units when completed. Works on this development re-commenced in May 2017. From May 2017 to September 2018, 100 units have been completed with 80 units being distributed yesterday. Trestrail Lands will provide a mix of single family, townhouse and apartment units.
