More Housing Units Delivered
Prime Minister Dr the Honourable Keith Rowley attended another Housing Distribution Ceremony today where over 60 families received keys and packages for units at River Runs Through Housing Development in Arima.
This 19.8 acre development comprises single family, townhouse and duplex units
Work on the River Runs Through development started in August 2016, after Dr Rowley turned the sod in July 2016. The total expected yield for this development is 108 units.
In 2016, the HDC implemented a 22 Point Quality Assurance Programme which was used at the River Runs Through Housing Development and all developments which commenced over the last two years.
